SISTEMA JAULA VERTICAL POSTURA (LS300) / LAYER STACKED CAGE SYSTEM
El sistema de Vertical para Postura está disponible con 3 a 6 niveles y con varias combinaciones de niveles entre pasillos integrados, según las necesidades. Este sistema fue diseñado con mayor altura para una mejor ventilación y un comportamiento óptimo de las aves.
Fabricado con diviciones de malla de alambre que permiten que el aire fluya libremente por todo el galpón, proporcionando el ambiente óptimo para las aves.
Sistema modular con soporte estructural y base de canal comedero reforzado en acero galvanizado, cada 0,60 metros (2') en cada nivel, lo que contribuye a la resistencia y durabilidad del equipo. Con la opción de canales transitables en los niveles inferiores, permitiendo un acceso más fácil a los niveles más altos.
El sistema es completamente automático, aumentando la eficiencia y reduciendo los costos de mano de obra. Todas las unidades de potencia son de transmisión directa, "motores y reductores acoplados", sin correas. Esto ayuda a mantener la producción limpia y eficiente, bajando los costos relacionados con la mano de obra y mantenimiento.

This modular system has structural support and reinforced feeder trough support in heavy galvanized steel, every 2 feet (0.60 meters) on every tier, contributing to the strength and durability of the equipment. With the option of walk-able lower level troughs to allow for easier access to the higher levels.
The System is fully-automatic, increasing efficiency and lowering labor costs. All power units are direct drive “coupled motors and gearboxes", without belts. This helps maintain production clean, while reducing maintenance, down time and cost.
